The Headwater Village Civic Association (HVCA) is dedicated to serving our neighborhood and community by providing valuable services such as social events designed for all ages, volunteer opportunities, decorating, and clean-ups throughout the year to maintain the charm and natural beauty that make Headwater a unique and inviting neighborhood. Comprised of resident volunteers, the HVCA also features committees dedicated to welcoming new families, event planning, maintenance of common grounds, and ongoing collaboration with Medford Township.
Neighborhood Clean-Up
Each spring and fall, the Maintenance Committee and other volunteers clean the courts and common areas of brush and debris in advance of the Township's pick-ups.
Special Events
The HVCA organizes several events for residents annually like the Spring Social, Outdoor Movie Night, Bonfire and more…
Neighborhood Decorating
No matter the season, Headwater Village looks festive and welcoming. The HVCA Decorating Committee coordinates volunteers to maintain seasonal and holiday style including: American flag tribute on street signs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Autumn street sign decor and entrance enhancements from early October through Thanksgiving, and Winter street sign decor and lit entrances post Thanksgiving to New Year.
