Membership

While most neighborhoods in Medford require a substantial HOA fee annually, the Headwater Village Civic Association membership is voluntary. We ask for a minimum annual donation of $125 from each household. Please send or drop off your $125 check made out to Headwater Village Civic Association 2024 to HVCA Treasurer Mike Leib at 1 New Kent Court. Or alternatively, you can pay via PayPal below. If paying via PayPal, a $5 service fee is added by PayPal for a total of $130.

Thank you to everyone who has already participated, and we urge those that have not yet contributed to continue your membership or consider membership if you have not in the past. Voluntary membership donations allow for so many wonderful events and benefits offered throughout the year:

Continual cleaning and grooming of the three Village entrances to our neighborhood
Seasonal decorating
The Spring Social, Movie Night in the park, and the Village BonFire
Street sign maintenance
Spring and Fall brush clean-up

In addition to receiving your discounts, the HVCA will begin distributing the 2024 Headwater Village Residential Directory and Community Information. Please send your contribution today so you can begin to enjoy your membership benefits!
